More moving, less computer!

That's been my life the last few weeks. I've been working and working out. I think I've got us in a decent routine finally so that's good but it hasn't left much time for being online.

So here are my workouts for the last little bit.

7/15 - 3 hours/12 miles walking w/ a little bit of running tossed in.
7/16 - rest
7/17 - 35 min yoga, 8 min abs
7/18 - 45 min/3 miles, 10 min stretching
7/19 - rest
7/20 - 2.4 miles/~33 minutes, outside this time, 5 minutes stretching
7/22 - 1hr 50min/7.28 miles (according to mapmyrun.com) walking outside
7/23 - 2.15 miles/33 min walking outside
7/24 - 15 min AM yoga (easy stretching)
7/25 - 3.84 miles/49 min walk/run outside, stretching
7/26 - rest
7/27 - quick 2 miles (27 minutes) ran one of the two!!! some stretching
7/28 - 2.5ish miles outside
7/29 - 11.5 miles walked outside
7/30 - rest
7/31 - 4 miles outside
8/1 - 8 min each: abs, buns, arms
8/2 - 5.06 miles/70 minutes, 10 minutes stretching
8/3 - rest
8/4- 4 miles on treadmill/63 minutes, 1 mile walk to my brother's
8/5 - 6 miles, not as much running as I planned (outside)
