Wow!

I have walked/run 87 miles since Jan. 30th!!! That is a long way! That also doesn't include some lunchtime walks to Subway and stuff.

I've also lost 17.4lbs. I figure if I can average 1.5lbs each week, I'll be at my goal in about 1 year.

You are so inspiring, Lisa. I remember not so long ago when you were wondering why you couldn't make any changes - and now look at all the changes you are making! Wow!
